From the day of invoice, our return policy is valid for 7 days. We will happily exchange the unused regular price merchandise with the original receipt within 7 days of Invoice date.
Item(s) purchased from Nesto stores shall be returned and/or exchanged directly in the same store only.
No exchange or return without original invoice.
Exchange or returns are not acceptable for Mobiles & Other Electronics (service / repair only), Toys, Undergarments, Imitation Jewellery, Personal Care Products and Perishable Items.
All returnable products should in their original packaging and price tags. If it is not provided, exchanges and refunds will not be considered.
We will not accept the products which are damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear, Products that have been used, altered, assembled or installed.
At the time of return, you can request for Product Exchange, Credit Voucher (which is valid for 7 days) or Cash Refund.
Products purchased under a promotional offer will be exchanged / refunded based on the terms of the promotional price. Promotional offers that include free or discounted products must also be returned.
Return settlement will take place once the returned product has been received back and a quality check has taken place.
Our returns policy does not affect your consumer rights.
Service / Warranty is applicable for the products where the warranty offered by the manufacturer.
Without the warranty card or invoice, warranty cannot be claimed.
Once billing has been completed, ensure that the customer opens the box and inspects the device to make sure it is functioning properly from Customer Service Desk and get the warranty card stamped. We will not be liable if customer refuse to open the box and then return to Nesto with a complaint about physical damage
Those who return the faulty products after the delivery will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Our customer service is able to assist with after-sales service in this regard.
The warranty begins on the day that your item(s) is received (item delivery day) and lasts as per the brand’s Terms and Conditions (mentioned on the attached warranty).
When a product is received in defective condition, our after sales service will determine whether it should be replaced or repaired.
Repairs are not accepted under the following conditions
o The defect is due to improper use (improper voltage, exposure to liquid, abuse or misuse etc);
o The serial number on the product is unknown;
o The item has been repaired by a third party.
o Product is not used according to instructions given in the MANUAL
o Warranty does not cover any third-party software, settings, content, data or links, whether included/'- Downloaded in product.
o Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear
In any instances above, repairs will be done based on parts availability and on a chargeable basis.
Some products, purchaser shall need to directly bring the product to the service center as per the warranty norms from the supplier (e.g.: Apple Phones)
Customers are responsible for their personal data and information on devices given for the service.
